Refund Policy
All sales are final sales. No exchange is offered for items purchased on sale.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and the original packaging.
- We will verify that everything is fine with the item in order to accept the change.
Our exchange policy has a duration of 5 days from the time you receive your order, if you request an exchange you will be responsible for the costs of both shipments, that of the return, as well as the shipment that will be made with the product that you exchange. If more than 5 days have passed since you received your order and you want to request a change, unfortunately we will not be able to do.
- Koa design is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards.
To return your item, contact us to send you the address to which it should be returned and once it has been verified that everything is fine, the exchanged product will be sent to you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return item.
- We only change one time the same invoice (no exceptions).
