Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES:

The Standard shipping method is by USPS for domestic. Packages should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped. 

• A tracking number will be sent to the email address provide by the customer.

PROCESSING: 

• We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days after placing your order for processing.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to sender KOA DESIGN due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare, we will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. 

Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your items tracking page.
